摘要
针对煤矿开采过程中巷道挡煤板在复杂耦合服役环境下,暴露出的耐磨性差、寿命短等实际问题,经深入调研,采用中碳高锰成分设计,未添加Nb、V、Ti、Ni、Cu等贵重合金。通过控轧控冷工艺成功开发出9.75 mm厚355 MPa级别低成本、高寿命的高强韧低合金钢带,组织为珠光体+铁素体,细小均匀,具备高强韧性并兼顾一定耐磨性,屈服强度≥390 MPa,抗拉强度530~630 MPa,HBW≥175,20℃冲击功≥80 J,性能指标均满足用户使用要求。
In view of the practical problems such as poor wear resistance and short life exposed in the complex coupled service environment of roadway retaining board during coal mining,the design of medium carbon and high manganese composition was adopted after in-depth investigation,without adding Nb,V,Ti,Ni,Cu and other valuable alloys.Through the controlled rolling and cooling process,the 9.75 mm thick 355 MPa high strength and toughness low alloy steel strip with low cost and long life has been successfully developed.The microstructure is pearlite+ferrite,fine and uniform,with high strength and toughness and taking into account certain wear resistance.The yield strength is greater than 390 MPa,the tensile strength is 530-630 MPa,the hardness is greater than HBW 175.The impact energy is more than 80 J at 20℃,and the properties indicators meet the user's requirements.
