摘要
针对泰钢炉卷轧机的现有轧制条件进行改进和优化,通过对高速钢轧辊进行系统的研究与试验,提高轧辊冷却水量至1571.84 m3/h、设计初始凸度为-350~450μm、采用CVC辊型、单位轧制量控制在50 km以内时使用效果最好,轧辊下线辊面状态良好,钢带表面质量提升明显。高速钢轧辊在泰钢炉卷轧机上的使用技术研究,取得了较好的成效。
According to the existing rolling conditions of Steckel Mill in Taishan Steel,the cooling water volume of high speed steel roll is improved to 1571.84 m3/h through systematic research and test.The designed initial convexity is-350~450μm.When CVC roll profile is adopted and unit rolling amount is controlled within 50 km,the application effect is the best,the roll surface of the roll is in good condition,and the surface quality of the steel strip is significantly improved.The research on the application technology of high speed steel roll in steckel mill of Taishan Steel has achieved good results.
