摘要
方坯连铸拉速提高后,铸坯外观质量明显下降,尤其是小方坯脱方鼓肚缺陷明显增加。影响脱方的主要因素是结晶器锥度与现有拉速和钢种不匹配。增加结晶器铜管的锥度和选用凸型结晶器铜管是控制脱方的有效措施。通过对比分析结晶器铜管的锥度类型和锥度的大小,优化出了高拉速下结晶器铜管的锥度类型和锥度值。
In order to improve the output of continuous caster,the casting speed is continuously improved,followed by a significant decline in the appearance quality of the slab,especially the increase in the slab out of square.In this paper,combined with the actual situation on the spot,the rules and causes of billet spalling after increasing the casting speed are systematically analyzed,and the problem of billet spalling under high casting speed is solved from the source.By comparing and analyzing the taper type and taper size of mould copper tube,the taper type and taper value of mould copper tube at high casting speed are optimized.
