摘要
介绍了河南利源新能科技有限公司淘汰原有4.3 m焦炉新建6.25 m焦化及煤气综合利用项目的基本情况。通过对横管初冷器上段循环水的利用,选用了冬季采暖夏季制冷,非制冷非采暖季上段热水进入空冷器的工艺,确保上段循环水全年闭路循环,保证水质不受污染,减少设备检修以及清洗投入,每年可节省运行费用517.7万元,节省3143 t标准煤,减排二氧化碳8486 t。
This paper introduces the basic situation of new coking and gas utilization project of 6.25 m by eliminating the original 4.3 m coke oven in Henan Liyuan Xinneng Technology Co.,Ltd.Through the utilization of circulating water in the upper section of the horizontal tube primary cooler,the process of winter heating and summer refrigeration,and hot water in the upper section of the noncooling and non-heating season into the air cooler is selected to ensure that the circulating water in the upper section is closed circulation throughout the year,ensure the water quality is not polluted,reduce equipment maintenance and cleaning input,annual operating cost can be saved 5.177 million yuan,3143 t of standard coal was saved,8486 t of carbon dioxide was reduced.
