摘要
结构能否正常使用是确保其安全性和耐久性的重要前提。以某轻型钢结构储煤厂房为研究对象,针对其使用功能改变和个别钢柱受撞击变形损伤等情况,开展了现场检测、有限元数值模拟及理论分析等工作。检测与分析结果表明:因大面积堆载导致结构中部分钢柱倾斜,柱顶水平位移40 mm~77 mm,超过规范限值;单根H型钢柱因碰撞发生损伤变形后理论承载力明显降低,与理想柱相比降低约26.6%;含受损钢柱的平面结构理论承载力也存在一定程度的降低,在设计荷载下受损中柱最大应力值为理想中柱的1.52倍。针对上述非正常使用下结构/构件存在的问题,提出了合理的加固措施。
Whether the structure can be used in a normal condition is a significant prerequisite to ensure its safety and durability.This paper takes a light-weight steel structure of coal storage factory as the research object,considering the change of its service function and the deformation and damage of several steel columns caused by impact,the on-site investigation,finite element numerical simulation and theoretical analysis have been performed.The results show that:some steel columns slanted due to the large area of overloading,and the horizontal displacement of the top of those columns ranges from 40 mm to 77 mm,which exceeds the limitation in corresponding standard.The bearing capacity of the individual H-shaped column is significantly reduced after the collision damage and deformation,which is approximately 26.6%lower than that of the ideal column.The bearing capacity of the plane structure with damaged column also decreased to a certain extent,and the maximum stress of the damaged middle columns is 1.52 times larger than that of the ideal middle column under the design load.In view of the problems of the structure/components under the aforementioned abnormal service condition,some reasonable reinforcement measures were put forward.
