摘要
依托某超大径深比三圆环内支撑基坑支护工程,介绍了圆环内支撑设计、运营效果三维数值模拟预测、施工要点及实际运营效果。实践表明:圆环内支撑+栈桥体系是超大径深比圆环内支撑拱效应发挥的保证;最大水平位移部位是距离圆环内支撑最近或发育淤泥的冠梁段,此部位应提高连梁密度和配筋,施工时重视对此部位监测。圆环内支撑节约了钢材和水泥,减少了生产钢材和水泥材料能源消耗,降低了基坑工程建筑垃圾,实现了国家要求的碳中和,应大力推广。
It is worth discussing whether arch effect can work for ring strut with super radius to depth ratio.Based on a foundation pit of three ring struts with super radius to depth ratio,design of ring strut,3 D numerical simulation prediction of operation effect,construction key points and actual operation effect have been introduced.The system of ring strut and trestle is guarantee for arch effect of ring strut with super radius to depth ratio.The maximum horizontal displacement part is the capping beam section closest to ring strut or silt section where density and reinforcement of coupling beam should be strengthened.The construction monitoring should be also paid attention to this part.The ring strut saves steel and cement,reduces energy consumption of producing steel and cement,decreases construction waste,and realizes carbon neutralization,which should be promoted.
