升阳益胃汤加味联合西药治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎脾虚湿热证患者的效果

Effect of Modified Shengyang Yiwei Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis with Syndrome of Spleen Deficiency and Dampness-heat

目的 探讨慢性非萎缩性胃炎(CNAG)给予升阳益胃汤加味联合西药治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年10月-2021年9月无锡市锡山人民医院收治的共计106例CNAG脾虚湿热证患者,按照随机数字表法分成对照组(53例)与观察组(53例)。对照组给予雷贝拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用升阳益胃汤加味治疗。两组均连续治疗4周,比较两组临床疗效、胃肠激素及炎症因子水平。结果 治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率(90.57%)高于对照组(75.47%,P <0.05);两组胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MOT)、表皮生长因子(EGF)水平均较治疗前提高(P <0.05),且观察组各项指标均高于对照组(P <0.05,P <0.01);两组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均较治疗前降低(P <0.05),且观察组各项指标均低于对照组(P <0.01)。结论 给予CNAG脾虚湿热证患者升阳益胃汤加味联合西药治疗,能够提高临床疗效,调节患者胃肠激素及炎症因子水平。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(CNAG). Methods A total of 106 CNAG patients with the syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness-heat treated in Wuxi Xishan People’s Hospital from October 2020 to September 2021 were selected and assigned into a control group(53 patients) and an observation group(53 patients) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules,and the observation group with Shengyang Yiwei Decoction on the basis of the therapy in the control group. The two groups were treated for 4 continuous weeks. The clinical efficacy and the levels of gastrointestinal hormones and inflammatory cytokine were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(90.57% vs. 75.47%,P < 0.05). The treatment in both groups elevated the levels of gastrin(GAS),motilin(MOT),and epidermal growth factor(EGF)(P < 0.05),and the indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P < 0.05,P < 0.01). The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and they were lower in the observation group than in the control group after treatment(P < 0.01). Conclusion Shengyang Yiwei Decoction combined with western medicine can improve the clinical efficacy and regulate the levels of gastrointestinal hormones and inflammatory cytokines in the CNAG patients with the syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness-heat.
