摘要
为了抑制化妆品内细菌的生长与繁殖,研究化妆品外包装抗菌耐老化材料制备及性能。将脱氢乙酸钠和苯甲酸钠制备成改性抗菌剂,结合低密度聚乙烯制备成抗菌剂质量分数不同的外包装,并检测其性能。结果显示:添加抗菌剂后,试样的力学性能、阻隔性能、雾度和抗菌效果均得到提升,而透光性与化妆品失水率均显著下降;苯甲酸钠对于试样的力学性能增强效果更好;苯甲酸钠添加量为2.5%的试样,氧气透过率和水蒸气透过率最低;添加1.5%脱氢乙酸钠试样的雾度最高和透光率最低;苯甲酸钠添加质量分数为2.5%的试样抗菌效果最好。
In order to inhibit the growth and reproduction of bacteria in cosmetics,the preparation and properties of anti-aging materials for cosmetic packaging were studied.Sodium dehydroacetate and sodium benzoate were prepared into modified antibacterial agent,combined with low density polyethylene to prepare different quality fraction of antibacterial agent packaging,and tested its performance.Modified antibacterial agents were prepared from sodium dehydroacetate and sodium benzoate,and samples of antibacterial and aging resistant materials for cosmetic outer packaging with all differences in antibacterial agent mass fraction were prepared in combination with low-density polyethylene.The results showed that after adding antibacterial agent,the mechanical properties,barrier properties,haze and antibacterial effect of the sample were improved,while the light transmittance and water loss rate of cosmetics decreased significantly;Sodium benzoate has a better effect on strengthening the mechanical properties of the samples;The oxygen transmittance and water vapor transmittance of the sample with 2.5%sodium benzoate were the lowest;The haze of the sample with 1.5%sodium dehydroacetate was the highest and the light transmittance was the lowest;When the mass fraction of sodium benzoate was 2.5%,the antibacterial effect of the prepared sample was the best.
