运用态靶辨治理论治疗特发性间质性肺病经验

Experience in Treating Idiopathic Interstitial Pneumonia Using the Theory of “State Differentiation and Target Treatment”

仝小林院士提出“态靶辨治”的现代中医诊疗体系,并将其用于慢性疾病临床诊疗过程中。以“态靶辨治”理论为指导,结合临床经验与现代药理学研究成果,根据特发性间质性肺病(IIP)在不同病理阶段的影像学特点及临床表现,划分肺氲期、肺痹期、肺痿期三期,从虚、瘀、寒、浊、瘠五态认识IIP,并探讨各期各态下的IIP治疗原则及相应靶药。通过分期、分态治疗明确IIP的阶段性诊疗,进而优化IIP的临床诊疗方案。

It is known that academician TONG Xiaolin has proposed the theory of“state differentiation and target treatment”,and has used it in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic diseases. Guided by this theory and the findings from clinical experience and modern pharmacological researches,idiopathic interstitial pneumonia(IIP)is initially categorized into three stages by different pathological imaging characteristics and clinical manifestations,including steamed lung stage,rheumatoid lung stage and flaccid lung stage,and it will be further understood from five states which are deficiency state,stasis state,cold state,turbidity state,and barren state. The treatment principle of IIP and the corresponding target drugs are then determined in relation to each stage and each state. By stage-and state-differentiated treatment,we are looking forward to clarifying the phased diagnosis and treatment of IIP and effectively optimizing the clinical diagnosis and treatment plan of IIP.
