3~14岁儿童身高与血清25-羟维生素D和胰岛素样生长因子-1水平的相关性 被引量:4

Correlation study of height and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D and IGF-1 levels in children aged 3-14 years old

摘要 目的探究3~14岁儿童身高与血清25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]和胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平的相关性。方法选取2019年1月—2020年6月临海市第二人民医院收治的矮小及偏矮儿童159例,根据儿童身高分为矮小组(17例)和偏矮组(142例),另选取同期身高正常的健康儿童172例为对照组。比较所有儿童的一般临床资料、生化学指标及血清25(OH)D和IGF-1水平,并分析血清25(OH)D和IGF-1水平与儿童身高的相关性。结果对照组的身高、身高标准差积分(HtSDS)、体质指数(BMI)、骨龄(BA)及骨龄指数(BAI)水平均高于偏矮组和矮小组(P<0.05);对照组血尿酸(UA)水平低于偏矮组和矮小组(P<0.05);对照组血清25(OH)D和IGF-1水平均高于偏矮组和矮小组(P<0.05);相关性分析结果显示,儿童身高与血清25(OH)D和IGF-1水平均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论矮小及偏矮儿童血UA水平偏高,血清25(OH)D和IGF-1水平偏低,且血清25(OH)D和IGF-1水平与儿童的身高呈正相关,临床应重视矮小及偏矮儿童的血UA检测,对血清25(OH)D和IGF-1水平异常的儿童及时采取必要干预措施。 Objective To explore the correlation between height and serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D]and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)in 3-14-year-old children.Methods Between January 2019 and June 2020,159 children were selected and included in short stature group(n=17)and short group(n=142)according to the height.Meanwhile,172 healthy children with normal height were selected as control group.The general clinical data,biochemical indicators,and serum 25(OH)D and IGF-1 levels of the 3 groups were compared,and the correlation between serum 25(OH)D and IGF-1 levels and children's height was analyzed.Results The height,height standard deviation score(HtSDS),body mass index(BMI),bone age(BA)and bone age index(BAI)of the control group were higher than those of the other two groups(P<0.05).Control group had lower blood uric acid(UA)levels and higher serum 25(OH)D and IGF-1 levels than the other two groups(P<0.05).Correlation analysis results showed that children's height was significantly positively correlated with serum 25(OH)D and IGF-1 levels(P<0.05).Conclusion Children with short stature and short children have higher blood UA levels,and lower serum 25(OH)D and IGF-1 levels.Serum 25(OH)D and IGF-1 levels are positively correlated with children's height.Clinical attention should be paid to the detection of blood UA levels of children with short stature and short children,and necessary intervention measures should be taken in time for children with abnormal serum 25(OH)D and IGF-1 levels.
