商业银行发展绿色金融的挑战与对策

Challenges and Countermeasures of Commercial Banks in Developing Green Finance

随着碳达峰、碳中和“双碳目标”的提出和经济向低碳转型,绿色金融发展已驶入快车道。目前,国内银行业在探索中取得较大进展,但也面临着突出的“四缺”“三难”等问题。本文梳理上市银行绿色金融的主要实践,分析其发展中面临的难点、痛点,并提出相应政策建议。银行业绿色金融取得重要进展金融政策体系正在加快完善近年来,我国绿色金融顶层设计不断推进,“三大功能”“五大支柱”政策思路基本确立,为绿色金融整体发展提供了重要保障(马梅若,2021)。在此基础上,与银行业相关的绿色金融标准与评价体系建设取得重大进展。

Although the domestic banking sector has made great progress in the exploration of green finance,but it is also facing some outstanding problems.This paper sorts out the main practices of green finance for listed banks,analyzes the difficulties and pain points faced in its development,and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.
