利用黑木耳菌渣进行工厂化栽培黑木耳研究

摘要 为探索黑木耳菌渣用于工厂化栽培黑木耳的可行性,减少资源浪费及其对环境的污染,以“黑威2号”为栽培种,常规配方作对照(CK),黑木耳菌渣替代木屑的10%、20%、30%、40%、50%设计5种配方(T1~T5)进行实验,比较其对生产设备连续工作及对栽培黑木耳的生长、产量、农艺性状及经济效益等的影响。结果表明:菌渣添加量≤30%时,设备可连续运行正常制袋且与CK相比,除菌丝生长势和封口时间无差异外,透壁时间、满袋时间、出耳线、出芽、开片时间及生长周期均缩短且差异显著,可见用适量菌渣替代木屑可促进其生长;对T1~T3配方的产量、生物转化率,出芽数等测定均显著高于CK且T2配方最高;T2除蛋白质略低于CK外,子实体基本营养成分、矿质元素及氨基酸含量均高于或等于CK。由此可知,综合T2配方在生长速度、产量、生物学效率、商品性状、经济效益等指标较优,可用于工厂化栽培生产。 In order to explore the feasibility of fungus residue used for factory cultivation of Auricularia auricula,and reduce the resources waste and pollution to the environment,“Heiwei No.2”was taken as cultivar varieties,the conventional formula was used as the control(CK),and the fungus residue was to replace 10%,20%,30%,40%and 50%of saw dust to design 5 formulas(T1~T5)to compare the effects on the continuous operation of production equipment,and the growth,yield,agronomic characters and economic benefits of Auricularia auricula.The results showed that when the amount of fungus residue was less than 30%,there was no difference in mycelium growth potential and sealing time,but the penetration time,pouch filling time,ear line,budding,slice opening time and growth cycle were shortened and there was significant differences compared with CK,which indicated that when appropriate amount of fungus residue replaces the sawdust,the growth could be promoted.Compared with CK,the yield,biological conversion rate and budding number in T1~T3 were significantly higher,and T2 was the highest.The protein in T2 was slightly lower than that in CK,but the content of basic nutrients,mineral elements and amino acids contents was higher or equal to those in CK.It can be concluded that T2 is better in growth rate,yield,biological efficiency,commodity traits and economic benefits,and can used in factory cultivation.
