高职导生管理制的探索与实践

Exploration and practice on monitor management system at higher vocational colleges

摘要 基于“三教”改革的大背景,针对高职学生数学课堂教学中存在的教师教学理念落后、教材内容陈旧、教学手段单一等问题,经过探索实践,采用班级试点,建立高职导生管理制教学模式,进行课堂革命,从而改变学生的学习状态,帮助教师走出教学困境,使课堂教学变得“有用、有趣、有效”。 Based on the background of the“Three-T Reform”of teachers,textbooks and teaching methods,targeting issues including backward teaching ideas,obsolete textbooks and monotonous teaching methods in math teaching at higher vocational colleges,explorations and practices were conducted to establish the monitor system in pilot classes so as to reform teaching,improve students’ learning motives,and help teachers out of the dilemma,allowing the teaching to be more practical,interesting and effective.
