归芪益母口服液对两种细菌的抑菌效果和抗炎镇痛效果观察

Antibacterial, Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Effects of Guiqi Yimu Oral Liquid

研究归芪益母口服液对大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的抑菌效果和抗炎镇痛效果,以期为归芪益母口服液在动物抗细菌感染和消炎镇痛方面的用途提供新的思路。试验采用牛津杯法和最小抑菌浓度(MIC)与最小杀菌浓度(MBC)法测定归芪益母口服液对沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌的体外抑菌效果,并使用热板法、醋酸扭体法、二甲苯法,将阳性药阿司匹林作为阳性对照比较归芪益母口服液的抗炎镇痛效果。结果显示:牛津杯法测试归芪益母口服液对大肠杆菌抑菌效果不明显,MIC为0.250 g/mL;对沙门氏菌牛津杯法测试为中度敏感,抑菌圈直径为12.26 mm,MIC为0.125 g/mL。抗炎镇痛试验中归芪益母口服液与空白组对比均表现有显著性差异(P<0.05),二甲苯法耳廓肿胀抑制率为50.82%,热板法中能明显提升小鼠疼痛阈值,醋酸扭体法抑制率达到62.82%。说明归芪益母口服液有较好的抗炎镇痛效果和一定抑菌效果。

This test was to study the antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Guiqi Yimu Oral Liquid. The test used Oxford cup method and MIC and MBC method to determine the antibacterial effect in vitro. The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Guiqi Yimu Oral Liquid were compared by using hot plate method, acetic acid writhing method, and xylene method. The positive drug aspirin was used as a positive control. The result showed that: the Oxford cup test of Guiqi Yimu Oral Liquid had no obvious effect on E. coli bacteriostasis zone, the MIC was 0.250 g/mL. It was moderately sensitive to Salmonella by Oxford cup test, and the bacteriostatic zone diameter was 12.26 mm, MIC was 0.125 g/mL. In the anti-inflammatory and analgesic test, there were significant differences between Guiqi Yimu Oral Liquid and the blank group(P<0.05). The inhibition rate of auricle swelling by xylene method was 50.82%.In the hot plate method the pain threshold of mice was significantly increased, in acetic acid writhing the law inhibition rate reached 62.82%. It was indicated that Guiqi Yimu Oral Liquid had good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, it also had certain bacteriostatic effect.
