一例铜化合物的合成、形貌及染料吸附特性

摘要 为了有效处理含刚果红染料的废水,通过水/乙醇混合溶剂热方法制备了一种新的铜化合物,在合成过程中未添加表面活性剂和模板剂材料。利用扫描电镜、X-射线粉末衍射仪、红外光谱仪、元素分析仪以及热重分析仪对该化合物进行表征。该铜化合物作为一种吸附材料,对刚果红具有超高吸附能力,吸附量达到9738.12 mg/g,显示出较其他吸附剂更好的吸附性能。在动力学研究过程中,吸附过程很快并遵循准二级动力学模型。根据吸附过程的红外光谱和X-射线粉末衍射测试结果,发现离子交换在吸附过程中扮演了关键的作用。所合成的铜化合物对刚果红染料具有显著的吸附能力,可用于工业应用领域染料污染废水的净化。 To effectively treat wastewater containing Congo red(CR) dye, a novel Cu(Ⅱ) compound has been synthesized by a facile water/ethanol solvothermal method without any other surfactant or template. The prepared compound was studied by SEM,powder XRD,FT-IR,EA,and TGA. As an adsorbent, the Cu(Ⅱ) compound shows ultrahigh adsorption capacity for Congo red, reaching 9 738.12 mg/g of the dye removal, which shows higher adsorption capacity than do other adsorbent materials. In kinetic study, the adsorption process is very fast and follows pseudo-second-order kinetic. Based on the adsorption study, the FT-IR and PXRD studies confirm that ion-exchange plays a key role in the adsorption process. The remarkable adsorption capacity toward Congo red dye of the Cu(Ⅱ) compound could be employed for the purification of dye polluted wastewater in the field of industrial application.
