为解决工程船舶能够在资源匮乏的东非国家利用简易设备上排维修问题,通过对船舶气囊上排过程中船排铺设、地牛预埋、绞车安装等各工序工艺设计探讨,研究在施工现场如何利用气囊将船舶上排进行维修,以我司对某船在国外简易工地的成功上排维修经验,得出船舶利用气囊上排维修是一种简单、方便、快捷、可靠的上排技术,能为客户节约大量投资和时间。

In order to use simple equipment to lift engineering ships for repair in East Africa countries with scarce resources, through the technological discussion on the procedures of ship lifting by air-bags such as ship lifting space laying, pallet truck embedding, winch installation, this paper expounds how to use air-bags to lift the engineering ships for repair at the construction site. Based on the successful lifting by air-bags and repair experience of a ship of our company in at simple construction site abroad, it is concluded that the ship lifting by air-bags for repair is a simple, convenient, fast and reliable technology and can save a lot of investment and time for customers.
