摘要
本文以中船黄埔文冲船舶有限公司建造的81 200 DWT散货船为实例,对已满足CSR-BC的82 000 DWT散货船进行满足HCSR的更新升级和对比。本次升级是在不改变船舶总体布置、基本参数并保留原先结构布置的情况下进行结构优化,比如不改变纵骨间距、强框布置等内容,只对尺寸进行核算和修改的基础上,分析总结CSR和HCSR的差别。从HCSR的基本要求、结构设计准则、船体梁结构、直接强度计算等方面,分析实船建造中需要面临的新要求、新改进,以及对新造船成本和重量的影响。
This paper takes the 81 200 DWT bulk carrier built in CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding Company Limited as an example, updates and compares the design in compliance with HCSR of the 82 000 DWT bulk carrier which has already met CSR-BC. This upgrade optimizes the structure without changing the general arrangement and basic parameters and retaining the original structure layout. For example, the differences between CSR-BC and HCSR are analyzed and summarized on the basis of size calculation and modification without changing the longitudinal spacing and web frame layout. Based on the basic requirements of HCSR, structural design criteria,hull girder structure and direct strength calculation, the new requirements and improvements that need to be faced in the construction of real ships are analyzed and demonstrated, as well as the impact on the cost and weight of new shipbuilding.
