物流业高质量发展水平测度及对策研究——以宿州市为例

Research on Measurement and Countermeasures of High Quality Development Level of Logistics Industry——Take Suzhou as an Example

宿州市“十四五”规划提出的“一城两区三基地”,争创国家物流枢纽承载城市,打造长三角区域现代物流基地。通过对物流业高质量发展文献的梳理,以宿州市2015—2019年物流业发展为研究对象,结合宿州市具体情况,构建5个一级维度指标、20个二级指标的宿州市物流高质量发展的评价体系。采用熵值法对物流业高质量发展水平进行测度,得到5年间物流业发展综合得分,评价宿州市物流业发展情况。通过皮尔逊相关性分析验证了各维度指标对物流业发展质量综合得分的相关性,进而从经济发展基础、物流产业绩效、运载能力、技术创新能力以及绿色发展成效方面,提出宿州市物流高质量发展建议,为促进宿州市物流业高质量发展提供决策依据。

"one city, two districts and three bases" proposed in the "fourteenth five year plan" of Suzhou City strive to become a national logistics hub bearing city and build a modern logistics base in the Yangtze River Delta region. By combing the literature on the high-quality development of logistics industry, taking the development of logistics industry in Suzhou from 2015 to 2019as the research object, and combining the specific situation of Suzhou, an evaluation system of high-quality development of logistics in Suzhou with five first-class dimension indicators and 20 second-class indicators is established. The entropy method is used to measure the high-quality development level of logistics industry, and the comprehensive score of logistics industry development in five years is obtained to evaluate the development of logistics industry in Suzhou. Through Pearson correlation analysis, the correlation of each dimension index to the comprehensive score of logistics industry development quality is verified, and then from the aspects of economic development foundation, logistics industry performance, carrying capacity, technological innovation ability and green development effect, the suggestions for Suzhou logistics high-quality development are put forward, which provides decision-making basis for promoting Suzhou logistics high-quality development.
