摘要
站务员是城市轨道交通企业对外的窗口,是一线服务岗位,站务员的个人形象和服务态度将直接反映企业甚至整个行业的价值取向。课程标准是教学指导性文件,采用PGSD能力分析模型,研制融入课程思政的课程标准,使思政育人有内容、有标准、有评价,真正把做人做事的基本道理、日常行为规范及礼仪、社会主义核心价值观、家国情怀、劳动精神等思政元素融入课程教学之中,培养符合地铁公司需求的具备较高职业素养、较强综合能力的德技并修人才。
The station attendant is the external window of urban rail transit enterprises and a front-line service post. The personal image and service attitude of the station attendant will directly reflect the value orientation of the enterprise and even the whole industry. The curriculum standard is a teaching guiding document. It adopts the PGSD ability analysis model to develop the curriculum standard integrated into the curriculum ideological and political education, so that the ideological and political education has content, standards and evaluation, and truly integrates the basic principles of being and doing things, daily behavior norms and etiquette, socialist core values, family and country feelings, labor spirit and other ideological and political elements into the curriculum teaching, so as to cultivate moral and technical talents with high professional quality and strong comprehensive ability that meet the needs of the rail company.
