西藏高海拔碾压混凝土筑坝温控防裂技术与实践

摘要 大古水电站是世界在建最高海拔碾压混凝土重力坝。面对高海拔特殊气候条件,混凝土温控防裂成为大坝建设中的关键技术难题。为避免大坝出现温度裂缝,本文在总结碾压混凝土筑坝温控防裂工程经验的基础上,结合高海拔干冷河谷气候特点,对整个保温保湿工序进行了温控防裂关键技术研究,并总结出适合高海拔地区的温控防裂技术。该技术有效地防止了大坝温度裂缝的出现,解决了高海拔地区碾压混凝土筑坝温控防裂技术难题。 Dagu Hydropower Station is the highest elevation RCC gravity dam under construction in the world.Facing the special climate condition of high altitude,the temperature control and crack prevention of concrete has become the key technical problem in dam construction.In order to avoid temperature cracks in the dam,based on the experience of temperature control and crack prevention projects of RCC dams,combined with the climate characteristics of arid-cold valleys at high altitude,this paper studies the key technology of temperature control and crack prevention in the whole thermal insulation and moisturizing process,and summarizes the temperature control and crack prevention technology suitable for high altitude areas.This technology can effectively prevent the appearance of temperature cracks in the dam and solve the technical problems of temperature control and crack prevention of RCC dams in high altitude areas.
