我国工程保险的发展思考

Thought on the development of engineering insurance in China

水利工程具有工程规模大、工期长、工作条件复杂、施工难度大、社会影响大等特点,一旦出现问题,对国家经济和人民生活将造成无法挽回的重大损失。保险作为目前较为成熟的风险管理工具,具有风险治理、价值创造和资源配置职能,对工程建设的顺利实施具有重要意义。本文通过梳理工程保险的含义及发展情况,提出几点建议,可为推动其广泛应用提供助力。

Water conservancy projects are characterized by large project scale,long construction period,complex working condition,difficult construction and great social impact. Once problems occur,they will cause irretrievable losses to the national economy and people’s lives. As a relatively mature risk management tool,insurance has the functions of risk management,value creation and resource allocation,which is of great significance to the smooth implementation of project construction. This paper summarizes the meaning and development of engineering insurance and puts forward some suggestions,which can provide reference for promoting its wide application.
