金昌市引硫济金工程输水效率分析

Analysis on Water Transfer Efficiency of Liuhuanggou to Jinchang Water Diversion Project in Jinchang City

摘要 金昌市地处河西走廊东端,水资源紧缺,生态环境脆弱,为破解水资源总量不足和配置不优两大难题,金昌市建设了跨流域的引硫济金调水工程。本文通过对该工程分段布设的水文测验断面实测流量进行验证测算,分析沿程水量损失和分段输水效率,进而得出该工程的综合输水效率为0.635,结果可为上下游水库联合调度、水资源合理利用提供技术依据和决策参考。 Jinchang is located at the east end of Hexi Corridor,with scarce water resources and fragile ecological environment.In order to solve the two major problems of insufficient total water resources and poor allocation of water resources,Jinchang has built a cross-basin project,Liuhuanggou to Jinchang Water Diversion Project.This paper verifies and calculates the measured flow of hydrologic test section arranged in sections of the project,analyzes the water loss along the route and the sub-section water transfer efficiency,and then concludes that the comprehensive water transfer efficiency of the project is 0.635.The results can provide technical basis and decision-making reference for the joint operation of upstream and downstream reservoirs and rational utilization of water resources.
