摘要
工程安全监测作为水工建筑物安全运行的基础,在运行管理过程中扮演着极其重要的角色。但目前多数水利工程安全监测工作信息化、智能化程度较低,工程监测能力薄弱,亟待利用云计算、大数据等现代信息技术,采用GNSS、BIM、RS等先进工程技术,全面感知多源信息,通过数据高度融合,分析评价工程运行状态,为工程安全运行提供支撑。本文剖析了百色水利枢纽安全监测工作现状及存在的问题,提出了以深度感知、广泛共享、全面整合为特征且具备自动预判、自主决策、自我演进、智慧管理能力的监测工作模式,指出了工程安全监测未来的发展方向及路径。
As the foundation of the safe operation of hydraulic structures,project safety monitoring plays an extremelyimportant role in operation management. However,at present,the informatization and intelligence degree of the safetymonitoring work of most water conservancy projects is low,and the project monitoring ability is weak. It is urgent to makeuse of modern information technology such as cloud computing and big data,and adopt advanced engineering technologysuch as GNSS,BIM and RS to comprehensively perceive multi-source information and analyze and evaluate the operationstatus of the project through highly data fusion,so as to provide support for the safe operation of the project. This paperanalyzes the current situation and existing problems of safety monitoring in Baise Water Conservancy Project,puts forward amonitoring working mode characterized by depth perception,extensive sharing and comprehensive integration,and equippedwith automatic prediction,autonomous decision-making,self-evolution and intelligent management capabilities,andpoints out the future development direction and path of project safety monitoring.
