关于医学研究生“导学思政体系”建设关键问题的思考

The key issues in the construction of"guiding ideological and political education system"for medical postgraduates

目的思想政治教育工作是新时代背景下医学研究生培养的关键政治保障,然而如何将思想政治教育与专业训练有机融合一直是医学研究生教育工作的难点之一。方法通过文献查阅、访谈结合团队多年实践经验,梳理了建立医学研究生“导学思政体系”的理论和政策依据,剖析了当前医学研究生思想政治教育工作的主要矛盾,探讨了建立医学研究生“导学思政体系”的可行性和潜在路径,分析了建立医学研究生“导学思政体系”的优势及建议。结果本次研究表明建立医学研究生“导学思政体系”具有充分的理论和政策依据,是医学研究生培养的现实需要,可从行政管理、研学空间、导学沙龙、科研组会及团队文化等路径为抓手进行探索。结论将思想政治教育工作有机融入医学研究生日常导学活动中,从而提高医学研究生思想政治教育成效。

Objective Ideological and political education is the key political guarantee for the training of medical postgraduates under the background of new era.However,how to integrate ideological and political education with professional training has always been one of the difficulties in the education of medical postgraduates.Methods Through literature review,interview combined with our practical experience,and comb the theory and policy basis of"the ideological and political system of guiding learning",the principal contradiction of current medical graduate student thought political education was analyzed,the feasibility of the"the ideological and political system of guiding learning"of medical graduate student and its potential paths were discussed,the advantages of establishing the"the ideological and political system of guiding learning"for medical postgraduates was analyzed.Results This study shows that the establishment of the"the ideological and political system of guiding learning"for medical postgraduates has sufficient theoretical and policy basis and is a practical need for the cultivation of medical postgraduates,which can be explored from the perspectives of administrative management,research space,mentoring salon,scientific research group and team culture.Conclusion The ideological and political education should be organically integrated into the regular guidance activities of medical research birthday,so as to improve the effect of ideological and political education for medical postgraduates.
