摘要
使用PM401型树脂对海水中10种重金属进行萃取,考察了不同pH、配位剂、滤速滤芯对吸附效率的影响,比较了不同酸及加酸方式对解吸效率的影响,进行了加标回收验证实验,以比较重金属元素在纯水基体和海水基体中的测定准确度。结果表明,PM401型树脂在pH2.5~10.5范围内,对元素铜、镍、铍、钴、铬、钒、铅、锌、镉、钡的吸附效率为58.2%~99.6%;当pH=3.5时,PM401型树脂对海水中钒、铅、锌、钴、铜加标回收率较高,分别为94.9%、103.4%、96.5%、89.7%、87.0%,满足海水测定要求,但海水基体会显著影响元素铬、镍、铍、镉、钡的回收率,较纯水中回收率变化幅度分别为:-32.5%、-33.8%、-39.5%、-52.3%、-14.0%。
Ten species of heavy metals in seawater were extracted by using PM401 resin whilst watching the effects of various pH values,complexants,filters on their adsorptive efficiencies.The influences of various acids and the ways to feed on the desorption efficiencies were compared,and sample spiked recovery tests were conducted to verify the determination accuracies of heavy metals in pure water and seawater.It has found that in range of pH values at 2.5 to 10.5,the PM401 resin adsorption efficiencies for copper,nickel,beryllium,cobalt,chromium,vanadium,lead,zinc,cadmium,barium were in range of 58.2%to 99.6%.When pH value at 3.5,the spiked recovery efficiencies for vanadium,lead,zinc,cobalt and copper in seawater by PM401 resin were rather high reaching 94.9%,103.4%,96.5%,89.7%and 87.0%,respectively,so as to meet the requirement for seawater analysis.However,the seawater itself was able to evidently aff ect the recovery rates of chromium,nickel,beryllium,cadmium and barium with variations of-32.5%,-33.8%,-39.5%,-52.3%and-14.0%deviated from those in pure water,respectively.
