扬州盐宗庙木构件彩绘的检测与保护 被引量:1

摘要 为了分析扬州盐宗庙木构件表面彩绘颜料层粉化、龟裂、起甲和开裂等病害,采用激光拉曼光谱仪、扫描电镜-能谱仪(SEM-EDS)、超景深显微镜和紫外可见分光光度仪(UV-Vis)等仪器对彩绘地仗、颜料和胶结物的成分与结构进行检测;利用模拟彩绘样品进行加固实验,通过干热老化与氙灯老化得出1%明胶可以用于彩绘加固。现场保护时按照表面清洗、表面加固、裂隙填缝、涂刷隔离膜、局部修复、彩绘封护等步骤顺利完成盐宗庙木构件彩绘保护。本次项目的成功实施对江苏薄地仗木构件彩绘检测与保护具有一定的借鉴意义。 In order to analyze the pathological damages, such as powderization, cracking, and peeling,on the painted layer covering the wooden construction parts at the Yanzongmiao temple in Yangzhou,this research applies laser Raman microscopy, scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive R-ray spectroscopy(SEM-EDS), ultra-depth microscopy, and ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis) spectrophotometer to examine the structure and composition of the ground layer, colouring pigments and cement of the painted layer. Simulated coloured samples were used in the consolidation experiment. 1% gelatin was obtained through heating aging and xenon-lamp aging and used in the consolidation process. The on-site conservation process of the painted wooden construction parts followed the following procedures: surface cleansing,surface reinforcement, crack grouting, partial restoration, and sealing the painted layer. The successful operation of this project provides a useful example to the examination and conservation of painted wooden construction parts with thin ground layer in Jiangsu Province.
