随着网络传输技术的不断发展,国家提速降费战略不断深入推进,客户对网络的需求日渐提高,对网络质量的要求也不断提高。面向企业的各类线路业务,客户已不再满足于运营商提供的网络是否连接或中断,而是要求其提供的网络质量达到较高标准。在客户监测与运营商监测缺少统一标准的背景下,结合运营商对网络质量监测的自身实践,提出了一个云网融合、自主可控、轻量部署、快速迭代的解决方案。

As the network transmission technology constantly develops,the national strategy of speed increase and cost reduction is deeply advanced,it has promoted the growth of customers'demand for networks and their higher requirements for network quality.For the various line services provided by enterprises,customers are no longer satisfied with whether the network provided by the operator is connected or interrupted,who put forward the requirement that the network quality provided by the operator should meet a certain standard instead.Under the background that customer monitoring and operator monitoring lack the unified standards,the operators'own practice of network quality monitoring is combined to put forward a solution of cloud network integration,being autonomous and controllable,lightweight deployment and rapid iteration.
