摘要
为提高通信网络安全性,开展基于极限学习机的通信网络安全主动防御方法设计。构建极限学习机训练模型,实时感知通信网络安全态势;引进FS算法,将网络通信过程中的流量变化作为参照,提取通信网络在运行过程中的入侵行为特征;建立引进模糊约束控制方法,设计通信网络节点的模糊安全控制,参照模糊约束条件,设计通信网络入侵行为的主动防御。以某科研单位提供的公开通信网络数据集合为例,设计对比实验,实验结果证明,设计的方法可以实现对网络安全入侵行为的主动防御,防御后通信网络入侵行为的图谱值接近0,即实现了对所有入侵行为的防御。
In order to improve the security of the communication network,the design of the active defense method based on the extreme learning machine is developed.Build the training model of extreme learning machine to perceive the security situation of communication network in real time,introduce FS algorithm,take the traffic changes in the network communication process as a reference,extract the intrusion behavior characteristics of communication network during operation,establish the fuzzy constraint control method,design the fuzzy security control of communication network nodes,and design the active defense of the intrusion behavior of communication network according to the fuzzy constraints.Taking the public communication network data set provided by a scientific research unit as an example,the comparative experiment results prove that the design method can realize the active defense against the network security intrusion behavior,and the value of the communication network intrusion behavior map is close to 0,that is,the defense against all intrusion behaviors is realized.
