自适应NSGA-Ⅱ算法支持下配电网多故障抢修的优化策略探讨

摘要 为解决配电网多故障抢修决策缺少依据、抢修人员主观判断等问题,构建了配电网多故障优化模型,通过对故障抢修顺序反复迭代,进而获取最佳故障抢修方案。利用二代非支配排序遗传算法(Non-domainated Sorting Geenetic Algorithms-Ⅱ,NSGA-Ⅱ)对所构建的多故障优化模型进行求解,在无决策人员干扰的情况下获取最佳故障抢修方案。以某配电网多故障抢修作业为例,利用所构建的优化模型获取最佳故障抢修方法,算例结果表明,利用所构建优化模型获取的最佳抢修方案符合实际抢修经验和抢修要求,可以为配电网多故障抢修作业提供参考。 In order to solve the problems of lack of basis for multi fault emergency repair decision and subjective judgment of emergency repair personnel in distribution network,the multi fault optimization model of distribution network is constructed in this paper,and the optimal emergency repair scheme is obtained by iterating the emergency repair sequence repeatedly.Non-domainated Sorting Geenetic Algorithms-Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ)is used to solve the multi fault optimization model built in this paper,and the optimal fault repair scheme is obtained without the interference of decision makers.Taking the multi fault emergency repair operation of a distribution network as an example,the optimization model constructed in this paper is used to obtain the best method of fault emergency repair.The results of the example show that the optimal emergency repair scheme obtained by using the optimization model constructed in this paper meets the actual emergency repair experience and requirements,and can provide a reference for the multi fault emergency repair operation of distribution network.
