The reliability of security power supply is critical to the safe operation of large capacity thermal power units.The backup automatic switching device is mainly used on the important power supply bus of 380V section of auxiliary power,such as the electrostatic precipitator MCC,desulfurization MCC,security MMC section,etc.,which can quickly realize automatic switching when the working power supply is removed due to faults.Therefore,the backup automatic switching device is an important safety automatic device for large power generation units.The Suizhong Million Unit Project uses MPM-405BZT5 digital synchronous locking device for switching between work and standby.This paper mainly studies the device principle,action logic,common problems,etc.
