摘要
为了加强房建工程地基处理效果,以某房建工程项目地基处理为研究对象,分析预应力混凝土管桩施工要点和质量控制措施。结果表明预应力混凝土管桩施工技术具有良好施工效果。可见,预应力混凝土管桩值得推广和应用。
In order to strengthen the effect of foundation treatment of housing construction,the construction points and quality control measures of prestressed concrete pipe pile are analyzed based on the foundation treatment of a housing construction project.The results show that the construction technology of prestressed concrete pipe pile has good construction effect.It can be seen that prestressed concrete pipe pile is worth popularizing and applying.
