摘要 由于地下环境复杂,基坑周边地下水的控制也是基坑工程的一大难点,以南光中心项目为例,拟建工程位于海口市,本项目地下水主要表现为孔隙型潜水,水量较丰富,其补给来源为天然降雨入渗地表和四周径流补给,埋深较浅,季节变化较大,地下水控制是本项目的重难点,本技术以海口市南光中心项目工程的基坑止水帷幕施工为切入点,结合本工程地质实际情况,通过优化施工工艺流程,加强过程质量管控力度,保证止水帷幕施工质量,从而实现沿海地区深基坑有效止水的目的。 Due to the complex underground environment,the control of groundwater around the foundation pit is also a major difficulty in the foundation pit engineering.Taking Nanguang Center project as an example,the proposed project is located in Haikou City.The groundwater of the project is mainly pore type phreatic water with rich water volume,The recharge source is natural rainfall infiltration into the surface and the runoff around it.The buried depth is shallow and the seasonal variation is large.Groundwater control is the key and difficult point of the project.This technology takes the construction of foundation pit water stop curtain of Haikou Nanguang center project as the starting point,combined with the actual geological situation of the project,by optimizing the construction process,strengthening the process quality control,and ensuring the construction quality of water stop curtain,So as to achieve the purpose of effective water stop of deep foundation pit in coastal areas.
