摘要
针对电机散热问题,设计了一种电机散热结构。该结构的电机运转带动后轴转动,从而带动风叶转动,风叶转动产生的风将电机内部的热量散向电机外部,散热速度快。通过设置电机上的第一风罩上转动连接的第二风罩的角度,实现了根据电机温度情况调节风力大小的功能,通过设置的吸尘网达到了防尘的效果,避免灰尘在电机内部堆积影响散热,实现了设计效果。
Aiming at the problem of motor heat dissipation,a motor heat dissipation structure is designed.The motor of this structure rotates after running,so as to drive the wind blades to rotate.The wind generated by the rotation of the wind blades disperses the heat inside the motor to the outside of the motor,and the heat dissipation speed is fast.By setting the angle of the first wind cover on the motor to rotate the connected second wind cover,the function of adjusting the wind force according to the temperature of the motor is realized.By setting the dust suction net,the dust prevention effect is achieved,and the dust accumulation inside the motor is prevented from affecting the heat dissipation,The design effect is realized.
