摘要
针对山西煤炭运销集团某矿井带式输送机运行中转载点存在煤流,对前方带式输送机冲击力度大、块煤率低、工人劳动强度大的问题,为带式输送机转载点设计了挡煤板。介绍了挡煤板的设计机理,具体设计了挡煤板的下支腿、上支腿以及挡板,总结了设计特点,并分析了可产生的经济效益与社会效益,取得了较好的设计应用效果。
Aiming at the problems of high impact of coal flow on the front belt conveyor,low lump coal rate and high labour intensity of workers at the reloading point of a mine belt conveyor in operation of Shanxi Coal Transportation and Marketing Group,based on the application of the belt conveyor in this mine,a coal baffle is designed for the reloading point of the belt conveyor,the design mechanism of the coal baffle is introduced,the lower leg,upper leg and baffle of the coal baffle are specifically designed,the design is summarized The design mechanism is introduced,the lower leg,upper leg and baffle of the baffle are designed,the design features are summarized,and the economic and social benefits are analyzed,and a good design application effect is achieved.
