摘要
在传统机床上使用标准工具进行大尺寸齿轮加工,要达到数控铣削工件质量要求是一种技术挑战。为了达到尺寸和表面质量要求,需要确定加工条件,通过计算机数控(CNC)方法,为齿轮加工提供有用的工具。提出了一种多工序加工螺旋锥齿轮齿面粗糙度预测模型,研究了加工策略和最优加工参数,并对3+2轴和5个连续轴加工策略下的粗糙度模型进行了验证。
Machining large size gears on conventional machine tools using standard tools is a technical challenge to meet the quality requirements of CNC milled workpieces.In order to achieve the dimensional and surface quality requirements,machining conditions need to be defined to provide a useful tool for gear machining through computer numerical control(CNC)methods.This paper presents a predictive model for multi-process machining of spiral bevel gear tooth surface roughness.Machining strategies and optimal machining parameters are investigated and the roughness model is validated for 3+2 axis and 5 continuous axis machining strategies.
