矿用带式输送机新型清扫器设计及应用

Design and Application of New Type of Sweeper for Mining Belt Conveyor

针对带式输送机传统固定式清扫装置与输送带之间采用固定连接方式,导致装置松动影响清煤效果,造成输送带磨损严重、清带器变形等问题,通过技术研究,对原带式输送机清扫装置结构进行优化,设计了一套新型清扫器。通过在1207运输顺槽带式输送机中应用,表明该装置清煤效果好,有效降低了输送带跑偏、打滑事故率,提高了输送带运行稳定性,取得了显著应用成效。

Aiming at the problem that the traditional fixed cleaning device of belt conveyor is fixedly connected to the conveyor belt,which leads to the loosening of the device and affects the coal cleaning effect,thus causing serious wear of the conveyor belt and deformation of the belt cleaner,a new type of cleaner was designed by optimizing the structure of the original belt conveyor cleaning device through technical research.Through the application in 1207 transport chute belt conveyor,the device has achieved good coal cleaning effect,effectively reduced the rate of conveyor belt deflection and slipping accidents,improved the stability of conveyor belt operation,and achieved significant application results.
