为进一步提升带式输送机运输的安全性和运输效率,解决由于滚筒上黏附煤泥和煤垢所导致的输送带跑偏、打滑的问题,在对带式输送机运输参数和堆煤现状分析的基础上,结合当前所配套清理装置在实际应用中存在的问题,采用机头V带传动清理装置和机尾V形清理装置的双清理方案强化对输送带堆煤、滚筒煤垢的清理强度,保证输送带高效、安全运行。

In order to further improve the safety and transport efficiency of the belt conveyor,and to solve the problems of conveyor belt running and slipping caused by coal slime and coal scale adhering to the drum,based on the analysis of the transport parameters of the belt conveyor and the current situation of the coal pile,combined with the problems of the current supporting cleaning device in the practical application,the double cleaning scheme of V-belt drive cleaning device at the head and V-shaped cleaning device at the tail is adopted to strengthen The double cleaning solution of V-belt drive cleaning device at the head and V-shaped cleaning device at the tail strengthens the cleaning strength of the coal pile and coal scale on the conveyor belt,ensuring efficient and safe operation of the conveyor belt.
