摘要
为了增加顶板支护稳定性,提升矿井开采的安全性,利用数值模拟软件对原有支护方案进行优化。综合对比四种优化支护方案下的支护参数及支护效果,从经济性角度考虑,支护方案二较优。对优化后的支护方案进行现场实践,对巷道围岩变形情况进行分析,发现随着工作面的不断推进,巷道的顶底板移近量及两帮移近量增大的趋势逐步减缓,有效地控制了巷道的变形,整体支护设计较为成功。该研究可为矿井降本增效提供一定的参考。
In order to increase the stability of the roof support and improve the safety of mine mining,the original support scheme was optimised using numerical simulation software.The optimized support scheme was analyzed in the field and the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway was analyzed.It was found that as the working face continued to advance,the top and bottom slabs of the roadway and the two gangs of the roadway showed a gradually increasing trend,which effectively controlled the deformation of the roadway and the overall support design was more successful,providing a certain reference for the mine to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
