摘要
以带式输送机为研究对象,阐述了张紧系统的构造,系统分析了输送带各单元的速度运行及其动张力分布规律,对比研究了自动张紧和重锤式张紧系统对输送机的动态特性影响。仿真结果表明:自动张紧系统能够使输送带的启动张力峰值降低,且在动态特性改善方面,自动张紧系统明显优于传统的重锤式张紧系统,可保证张紧小车的运行平稳,使带式输送机具有较好的运行状态。
Taking the belt conveyor as the research object,the construction of the tensioning system is explained,the speed operation of each unit of the conveyor belt and its dynamic tension distribution law are systematically analyzed,and the influence of the automatic tensioning and heavy hammer tensioning systems on the dynamic characteristics of the conveyor is comparatively studied.The simulation results show that the automatic tensioning system can reduce the peak value of the starting tension of the conveyor belt,and the automatic tensioning system is significantly better than the traditional heavy hammer tensioning system in terms of improving the dynamic characteristics,which can ensure the smooth operation of the tensioning trolley and make the belt conveyor have a very good operating condition.
