摘要
提出一种建模策略,以研究全湿式制动器中各种热流体现象的相互作用从摩擦片到实心壳体的壳体。分解成两个子问题:对流换热从壳体中的空气-油混合物到固体和热量固体部分的传导。这种建模方法使人们能够研究热流体现象的时空演化,准确预测全球系统使用合理的计算资源,在长制动周期内作出响应。
A modeling strategy is proposed to study the interaction of various heat flow phenomena in the full wet brake,from the friction plate to the shell of the solid shell.It is divided into two sub problems:convection heat transfer from the air oil mixture in the shell to the solid and heat solid parts.This modeling method enables us to study the temporal and spatial evolution of thermal fluid phenomena and accurately predict that the global system will respond in a long braking cycle using reasonable computing resources.
