回坡底煤矿东一采区综掘设备拐弯技术应用实践

Application Practice of Turning Technique of General Excavation Equipment in East One Mining Area of Huipodi Coal Mine

为了回坡底煤矿东一采区综掘设备拐弯,根据工作面实际情况,制定出具体施工方案,按照快速掘进装备设备尺寸参数、巷道施工宽度、开口方位角度及开口位置,制定出快速掘进装备拐弯方案和相应支护设计,实现了工作面成型规整。综掘机、掘锚一体机拐弯开口巷道一次成型,提高了质量标准化水平,为矿井实现高产、高效建设奠定了坚实的基础。

In order to turn the corner of the comprehensive excavation equipment in the east one mining area of Huipodi coal mine,a specific construction plan is formulated according to the actual situation of the working face,and in accordance with the size parameters of the rapid excavation equipment,the width of the roadway construction,the orientation angle of the opening and the position of the opening,a plan for the turning of the rapid excavation equipment and the corresponding support design are formulated to realize the regularity of the working face.The turning and opening of the roadway by the header and anchor digging machine is formed at one time,which improves the quality standardization and lays a solid foundation for the mine to achieve high production and efficient construction.
