多绳摩擦式提升机调换绳装置的设计及应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对高产高效矿井提升机工作量大,经常需进行窜绳与调换绳作业,而传统调换绳作业存在耗时长、工人劳动强度大等不足,以霍州煤电集团某矿提升机为研究对象,设计出一种自平衡举升提升机调换绳装置。介绍了该装置的结构、具体工作原理,并对该装置进行了改进优化;总结了该装置具有的主要技术优势,并分析了应用效果。结果表明:该装置运行性能稳定可靠,换绳效率更高,换绳成本更低,减轻了工人劳动强度,取得了较好的应用效果。 For the high production and high efficiency mine hoisting machine workload,often need to carry out the rope and change the rope operation,and the traditional change rope operation has a long time-consuming,workers labor intensity and other shortcomings,combined with a mine hoisting machine operating conditions of Huozhou Coal and Power Group,designed a self-balancing hoisting machine change rope device,introduced the structure of the device,the specific working principle,and the device to improve the optimization,summarized the device has the main technical advantages,and analyzed the The device has the main technical advantages,and analyze the application effect,the application results show that:the device operation performance is stable and reliable,rope changing efficiency is higher,rope changing cost is lower,reduce the labor intensity of workers,achieved a better application effect.
