摘要 为解决选煤厂原煤中细粒煤含量多、精煤快开压滤机回收能力严重不足,造成浮选尾矿灰分低、循环水浓度高、药耗高的问题,华阳集团二矿选煤厂提出原煤入洗前预先脱粉,-3 mm粉煤与TBS底流掺配作为原煤外销,浮选入料掺配精煤的技改方案。通过改造,入洗原煤小时入洗量提高7%,达到停用浮选系统、消除药剂消耗、降低电耗的改造效果,既有效提升了企业的经济效益,又达到了节能减排的目的。 In order to solve the problems of low ash content of flotation tailings,high concentration of circulating water and high chemical consumption caused by the high content of fine-grained coal in the raw coal in the coal processing plant and the serious lack of recovery capacity of the fast-opening filter press for fine coal,the coal processing plant of Huayang Group No.2 Mine proposes a technical transformation plan of pre-deflourishing raw coal before washing,blending-3 mm pulverized coal with TBS bottom stream as raw coal for export,and blending fine coal with flotation feed.Through the transformation,the hourly washing capacity of raw coal into the wash was increased by 7%,which achieved the transformation effect of stopping the flotation system,eliminating the consumption of chemicals and reducing the electricity consumption,which not only effectively improved the economic efficiency of the enterprise,but also achieved the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
