摘要 针对现阶段煤矿井下带式输送机运输系统存在自动化程度低、运输作业人员数量多以及监控覆盖范围不全等问题,依据现场情况设计了一种智能控制系统。经实践证明,智能控制系统的应用不仅提升了带式输送机自动化程度,减少了井下人员数量以及带式输送机运行能耗,而且带式输送机沿线各检测装置获取参数均可通过控制台显示,提高了故障预警能力。 An intelligent control system is designed based on the site conditions to address the problems of low automation,high number of transport operators and incomplete monitoring coverage of the underground belt conveyor transport system in coal mines at the present stage.It is proved that the intelligent control system not only improves the degree of automation of the belt conveyor,reduces the number of underground personnel and the energy consumption of the belt conveyor operation,but also improves the fault warning capability by displaying the parameters obtained by each detection device along the belt conveyor line through the console.
