掘进巷道过应力破坏区支护优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对掘进巷道过应力构造区时易出现顶板破碎、煤壁片帮等问题,以潞安化工集团李村煤矿二采区胶带巷为研究对象,介绍了原巷道支护方案,分析了其存在的不足,提出了可采用加长注浆锚杆进行支护的新型支护方案。应用结果表明,应用加长注浆锚杆进行支护后,巷道顶板下沉量从之前的0.35 m降低到了0.20 m,更好地控制了巷道顶板下沉,巷道顶板更稳定,取得了较好的支护效果。 Aiming at the problems of roof slab crushing and coal wall flaking when digging the roadway over the stress structure zone,the original roadway support scheme was introduced,its shortcomings were analyzed,and a new support scheme of using extended slurry anchor was proposed,the application results showed that after applying extended slurry anchor for support,the roadway The application results show that after the application of extended grouting anchors,the sinking of the roof slab is reduced from 0.35 m to 0.20 m,which better controls the sinking of the roof slab and makes the roof slab more stable,and achieves a better support effect.
