摘要
针对豁口煤矿8809工作面回采期间端面出现破碎现象,端面距达1.7 m,导致工作面移架困难,支架初撑力、工作阻力不达标等问题,分析了工作面端面破碎机理,根据回采现状对工作面端面破碎顶板提出“注浆+梯形锚棚”联合支护技术。通过实际应用效果来看,采取联合支护技术后有效控制了端面破碎现象,端面距控制在0.5 m以下,液压支架初撑力、工作阻力提高至96%以上,取得了显著应用成效。
Aiming at the broken end face of 8809 working face,the end face distance reaches 1.7 m,which makes it difficult to move the frame of the working face,and the initial bracing force and working resistance of the brace are not up to standard.Combined support technology.Through the practical application effect,the joint support technology has effectively controlled the end face crushing phenomenon,the end face distance is controlled below 0.5 m,and the initial support force and working resistance of hydraulic bracket is increased to more than 96%,which has achieved significant application effect.
