矿用无极绳绞车安全保护装置的设计及应用分析

针对矿井无极绳绞车在日常应用中易出现碰撞脱轨存在严重安全隐患的问题,设计了一种无极绳绞车防撞安全保护装置。该装置具有语音提示功能,并对该装置进行了安装应用试验。结果表明,应用该装置可对碰撞隐患进行提前预警并及时制动绞车,能更好地保障无极绳绞车的安全、稳定运行。

In view of the serious potential safety hazard of the colliding and derailing of the endless rope winch in the daily application of the mine,a kind of anti-collision safety protection device for the endless rope winch is designed,which has the voice prompt function.The installation and application tests of the device have been carried out,and good application results have been achieved.The device can give early warning to the potential collision hazard and brake the winch in time,It can better ensure the safe and stable operation of the endless rope winch.
