摘要
为提高矿井主排水泵的自动化智能化控制水平,针对当前矿井主排水泵采用的传统继电器控制模式存在的安全可靠性差、应急能力不强、自动化水平低的不足,设计出一种以PLC控制器为核心的水泵自动控制系统。介绍了系统可实现的主要控制功能与优点,设计了系统的硬件部分与软件部分,并分析了应用效果。经优化改造后的控制系统,可依据水仓水位变化情况实现自动启停,减少了用人量,提高了主排水系统运行的安全性、稳定性,有助于主排水系统实现节能增效。
In order to improve the level of automatic intelligent control of mine main drainage pump,in view of the shortcomings of the current traditional relay control mode of mine main drainage pump,which has poor safety and reliability,poor emergency response capability and low automation level,an automatic control system of water pump with PLC controller as the core is designed,the main control functions and advantages of the system are introduced,the hardware part and software part of the system are designed,and the application effect is analyzed.The main control functions and advantages of the system are introduced,the hardware and software parts of the system are designed,and the application effect is analysed.The optimized and modified control system can start and stop automatically according to the change of water level in the water tank,which reduces the amount of human resources and improves the safety and stability of the main drainage system operation,and helps the main drainage system to achieve energy saving and efficiency.
