摘要
针对带式输送机人工巡检效率低、可靠性不足等问题,提出一种带式输送机巡检机器人系统,对巡检机器人系统结构组成以及各类故障确定方法进行分析。通过将该系统进行现场应用,有效提高了带式输送机故障排查能力以及故障巡检效率,对提高带式输送机运行可靠性及整体稳定性具有一定促进意义。
A belt conveyor inspection robot system is proposed to address the problems of low efficiency and reliability of manual inspection of belt conveyors,and the structural composition of the inspection robot system and various fault determination methods are analyzed.By applying the system in the field,it effectively improves the fault detection ability and fault inspection efficiency of the belt conveyor,which is of certain significance to improve the reliability and overall stability of the belt conveyor operation.
