摘要
针对带式输送机系统采用异步电机驱动所存在的传动效率低、可靠性差、张紧反应速度慢的问题,提出了一种新的输送机永磁自动调控系统,对该控制系统的整体结构、直驱控制原理、永磁张紧原理和综合调控原理进行了深入分析,结果表明,优化后输送机在运行过程中的平均耗电量比优化前降低了9.74%,张紧装置在运行过程中的反应速度比优化前降低了97.9%,对提升输送机系统的运行稳定性和可靠性具有十分重要的意义。
In view of the shortcomings of low transmission efficiency,poor reliability and slow tensioning reaction speed of conveyor systems driven by asynchronous motors,a new conveyor permanent magnet automatic control system is proposed,and the overall structure,direct drive control principle,permanent magnet tensioning principle and comprehensive control principle of this control system are analyzed in depth.The application results show that the average power consumption of the conveyor during operation has been reduced by 9.74%compared with that before the optimization,and the reaction speed of the tensioning device during operation has been reduced by 97.9%compared with that before the optimization,which is of great significance to improve the operating stability and reliability of the conveyor system.
